We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treasury Middle Office Manager to manage day-to-day treasury operations and global e-banking platforms. You will serve as a crucial liaison among internal stakeholders and banking partners, ensuring compliance, seamless access, and operational efficiency across our treasury functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Treasury Oversight. Manage daily treasury operations, including management of in-house treasury system and global e-banking platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration. Act as a key liaison with the EC & CEO Office, Corporate Secretary, Legal, and Finance teams to implement and maintain the Authorized Signatory and E-Banking Signing Matrix across all entities.
User Access & Support. (i) Administer user access to e-banking systems by managing bank security tokens and supporting tasks such as first-time logins, account unlocking, profile updates, user entitlements, and handling of administrative requests. (ii) Provide hands-on guidance during users’ first-time login and token activation.
Bank Account Management. Facilitate the opening, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts for entities across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory banking requirements.
Documentation & Compliance. Coordinate with Notary Public services to certify Know Your Customer (KYC) documents as required by banking partners globally.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Cash & Liquidity Management. Oversee general cash operations and liquidity management while driving operational improvements and implementing risk control measures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with business units, Group Financial Control, Group Corporate Finance, and Group Tax Planning to determine optimal funding structures.
Market Monitoring. Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to prepare and deliver insightful operational recommendations.
Project Support. Assist in ad-hoc Treasury, Credit Risk, and Corporate Finance projects as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or ACCA qualification.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in treasury operations, with hands-on exposure to various e-Banking platforms, Middle Office payment processes, and Cash Management.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.
Strong analytical capabilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
