Job Summary:
We’re looking for aWSH Coordinatorwho can help us document how things are done today, improve them for tomorrow, and make sure the whole company moves forward together.

Key Responsibilities:
Observe how work is carried out across departments – from operations to office
Document key processes clearly and consistently
Work with different teams to review, streamline, and improve workflows
Develop, review, and update construction and safety SOPs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct regular audits of SOPs to ensure they are being followed and are achieving their intended results.
Train team members and other personnel on safety procedures and SOPs.
Monitor site conditions, work practices, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and injuries and provide detailed reports outlining cause and remedy.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident investigations, and training programs.
Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management regarding safety issues and improvements.
Support the creation of new SOPs as we grow, introduce new roles, or adopt new systems
You will work closely with the Director
Assist in aligning processes with our digital transformation journey
Contribute to building a library of practical, up-to-date documentation that supports training, onboarding, and daily execution
Qualifications:
Diploma and above
Proven experience in safety management role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, hazards, and safety regulations.
Strong attention to detail and clarity in writing
Good observation and listening skills
Able to communicate well with both frontline teams and office staff
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
Experience in process documentation, workflow mapping, or SOP writing is an advantage
A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Certificates and Licenses:
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), or similar certification preferred.
