Job Summary:

We’re looking for aWSH Coordinatorwho can help us document how things are done today, improve them for tomorrow, and make sure the whole company moves forward together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe how work is carried out across departments – from operations to office

  • Document key processes clearly and consistently

  • Work with different teams to review, streamline, and improve workflows

  • Develop, review, and update construction and safety SOPs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Conduct regular audits of SOPs to ensure they are being followed and are achieving their intended results.

  • Train team members and other personnel on safety procedures and SOPs.

  • Monitor site conditions, work practices, and equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.

  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and injuries and provide detailed reports outlining cause and remedy.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incident investigations, and training programs.

  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management regarding safety issues and improvements.

  • Support the creation of new SOPs as we grow, introduce new roles, or adopt new systems

  • You will work closely with the Director

  • Assist in aligning processes with our digital transformation journey

  • Contribute to building a library of practical, up-to-date documentation that supports training, onboarding, and daily execution

Qualifications:

  • Diploma and above

  • Proven experience in safety management role within the construction industry.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, hazards, and safety regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and clarity in writing

  • Good observation and listening skills

  • Able to communicate well with both frontline teams and office staff

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams

  • Experience in process documentation, workflow mapping, or SOP writing is an advantage

  • A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST), or similar certification preferred.
