A leading company in Singapore is looking for an HR Manager to lead a small team and manage recruitment processes. The role involves overseeing onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives. Candidates should have a diploma or degree and 3-5 years of HR experience, with strong communication and leadership skills.
• One year contract (convertible to permanent)
• 5 days, office hours

Job Scopes:
Manage and lead a team of two
End-to-end recruitment functions which include from on-boarding (job postings, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, reference checking, and making salary proposal and job offers) to separations
Analyzing and monitoring the resourcing needs, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes for management reporting
Updating of monthly organization chart
Support expats entry and on-boarding processes
Handle work pass application, renewal, and issuance
Work closely with schools on internship, sponsorship and graduate recruitment
Work closely with line manager on annual performance review, design of training roadmap, employee engagement activities, recruitment and any other HR matters to drive attraction, retention and engagement
Job Requirements:
Diploma or degree qualification
3-5 years of HR experience (leadership experience will be plus)
Microsoft Office; Proficiency with HRMS: Prosoft will be added advantage
Good communication skills
Open and positive attitude
