We’re seeking a candidate to help support Apple Retail’s sales initiatives and structure our future commercial programs and promotions roadmap. You will be encouraged to challenge the status-quo and be an instrumental part of exploring new initiatives and opportunities across the APAC region, while also assisting in driving a flawless execution of the plan in partnership with cross-functional teams.- Strategize and craft the future of retail commercial programs and identify future opportunities within countries. Lead, structure and plan key sales initiatives and business programs to scale and accelerate the APAC business- Partner with our analytics team to develop deep insights on business performance, core performance metrics and understand potential sales opportunities within regions/countries. Drive the development of our vision, breaking it down into components of program roadmap, while aligning with WW leadership and internal and external stakeholders- See around corners and look beyond just today. Understand the competitive landscape, industry trends, and external pressures that may impact customer buying decisions- Understand the Retail value propositions’ competitive landscape, industry trends, and external pressures that may impact customer buying decisions- Own Commercial viewpoint while working with cross-functional stakeholders to effectively execute program end-to-end.- Lead the preparation of executive communications on reporting and presentation for APAC Commercial Program Sales initiative- Share regional perspectives and future requirements on the growth of commercial program opportunities
Key Qualifications
You will lead the refinement of commercial program initiatives for APAC, driving the alignment and execution of the Apple Retail commercial program and promos roadmap. You will also lead/support executive written and oral communications to leadership and cross-functional teams.You will be passionate to develop a deeper understanding of e-commerce initiatives and ready to take on the challenge of structuring Commercial pilots to grow the business and achieve the sales target.You will be comfortable working in an individual capacity as well as the passion and energy to work cross-functionally. Written and presentation communications skills are critical, as you will be working closely with cross functional teams and leadership to deliver the sophisticated initiatives in a simple way.You should have a commercial and analytical mindset. Knowledge of interpreting competitor actions and driving in-depth program analysis that meet the requirements to stay ahead of customer expectations will be extremely valuable.
