Role Overview

We're looking for a Creative Event Designer to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for events ranging from corporate functions and exhibitions to product launches and experiential activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts, themes, and layouts aligned with client goals.
  • Design event visuals: stages, backdrops, booths, signage, props, and 3D renderings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution.
  • Translate briefs into engaging designs for both digital and physical spaces.
  • Present mood boards and concepts to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on design trends and event technologies.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Visual Comms, or similar.
  • 2+ years’ experience in event or spatial design.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D design tools (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD).
  • Strong spatial awareness, creativity, and communication skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work required.
