Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in daily operations such as merchandise display, stock inventory, and maintenance of store.
  • Attend to customers, handling enquiries, promote products and optimise sales opportunities and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Support in other aspects of sales and operations
  • Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented.
  • Replenish stocks on the shelf
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain store’s cleanliness and image.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior or the Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE N Level.
  • Able to commit for retail working hours, including both weekends and public holiday.
  • Positive working attitude, willing to learn and team player.
  • Candidates with working experiences in retail/customer service/hotel industry would be advantageous.
  • Able to start work immediate or with short notice would be a plus point.
  • Able to work at different outlet when required.

  • Orchard

WORKING HOURS

  • 5 days per week including both weekends and Public Holidays
  • 44 hours per week
