Inside Sales Representative (HYBRID) - Up to $4200 + AWS | CENTRAL

• Position : Inside Sales Representative (ORDER PROCESSING)
• Location : Near Somerset MRT
• Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday - Friday : 9am to 6pm (2-3 days work from home after probation)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + AWS + 14 days Annua Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Manufacturer of stainless steels and alloys

Main Responsibilities:

• Process inquiries and enter customer orders
• Develop positive and productive relationships with assigned accounts and serve as point person/expert on specific customers’ needs
• Provide customer service for accounts and interact with customers via email, fax and telephone
• Monitor and assist in maintenance of general and custom market inventory and make appropriate recommendations to Manager and Outside Salesperson
• Maintain effective working relationships with Outside Salesperson and all other cross-functional personnel
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and work rules
• Perform special assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Engineering is preferred.
• SAP or ERP experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience/knowledge in dealing with Industrial/Engineered Products will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
