The Role

1. Promote & provide excellent customer service at all times
2. Improve sales & profitability through professional handling of promotional sales transactions
3. Maintain and monitor optimum & accurate inventory levels
4. Ensure effective & efficient day-to-day store SOPs
5. Facilitate store operations including housekeeping, merchandising, stock ordering, security, and cost management to ensure efficient store performance
6. Align with all set operational standards
7. Assist with cashiering and administrative duties
8. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
