Job description

Are you an experienced M&E professional looking to take the next step in your career? Join an established main contractor known for delivering high-quality building projects across Singapore. We are looking for a dedicated and driven M&E Coordinator to be part of a dynamic project team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and manage the M&E works schedule in line with the overall project master schedule.

• Oversee all M&E site activities, including inspections, progress tracking, and variation order management.

• Ensure sub-contractors’ M&E works comply with project requirements and relevant regulatory standards.

• Review M&E drawings and material submissions to ensure coordination with architectural and structural elements.

• Work closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues.

• Raise and manage RFIs and CVIs with consultants and clients.

• Provide monthly updates to the Project Manager on sub-contractor work progress.

• Supervise and guide on-site M&E Supervisors on daily operations and quality control.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant M&E experience in the building construction industry.

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
