Job description

We harness the power of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotics to optimize production efficiency, enhance product quality, and foster sustainability across diverse high-tech industries.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop prompts based on LLM and optimize their effects in specific business areas.
2. Complete the architecture, design, development, and evaluation of prompts based on user scenarios.
3. Systematically optimize, reorganize, and upgrade existing AI core modules.
4. Improve the domain capabilities of large language models, including but not limited to: private domain knowledge fusion, function call, multi-round dialogue management, logical reasoning, etc.
5. Track the progress of cutting-edge large models, participate in the selection of large language models, and help maintain the technical leadership of large language models.
6. Conduct engineering feasibility assessments: evaluate data, computing power, and other resources required for deploying large language models, and assess the feasibility of products or projects.
7. Participate in and host the team’s core technical discussions and decisions, providing professional advice and support for project progress.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, or related fields.
2. Experience in large-scale model application development in the industrial field, especially in the semiconductor industry, is preferred.
3. Proficient in Java and Python programming languages, with strong architecture design and business abstraction capabilities.
4. Mastery of Prompt Engineering technologies, with practical product development experience and the ability to quickly troubleshoot practical problems.
5. Proficient in Multi-Agent frameworks such as AutoGen and MetaGPT, with practical experience in Multi-Agent architecture design.
6. Familiar with development tools like LangChain, and platforms such as Dify and Coze, with relevant development and tuning experience.
7. Excellent skills in business model analysis, communication, and documentation.
8. Strong English reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
9. Overseas study background is preferred.
10. Postgraduate degree is preferred.
