Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and procuring general materials and hardware for project sites in accordance with product specifications, requirements, and developments.

• Conduct price negotiations with suppliers and vendors, and prepare price comparisons for management approval.

• Issue Purchase Orders based on Material Requisitions submitted by site personnel.

• Prepare and submit monthly procurement reports.

• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain an organized filing system within the department.

• Carry out any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the Manager.

Requirements:

• With 4 years of experience with purchasing in Construction industry.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, VLookup and Pivot Table.

• Proficient in using SAP system.
