Job Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and qualitative objectives set by the company.
• Build brand awareness and manage store presentation.
• Build, motivate, and manage the team; define and develop the necessary structure.
• Motivate and enhance service levels according to company directives by continuously evaluating service quality and providing individual feedback to staff.
• Train and coach store staff to respond appropriately to company standards.
• Coordinate with management and other departments; establish annual sales and work forecasts and provide necessary reports to management or other departments.
