We are seeking a Project Sales Engineer responsible for managing the technical aspects of sales within project contexts, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion.

The role involves technical sales, project coordination, client engagement, site visits, and collaboration with internal teams to develop quotations and proposals. Additionally, the engineer oversees project execution and reports on progress.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source project leads and handle walk-in inquiries.
2. Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and present technical solutions.
3. Collaborate internally to develop and refine project quotations and proposals.
4. Ensure project delivery meets technical specifications and budget constraints, working closely with clients and internal teams.
5. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion.
6. Prepare reports on project status, performance, and issues.
7. Handle progress claims, follow up on payments, and resolve related disputes.
8. Meet departmental KPIs.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge in construction is essential.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects, client data, and timelines.
• Class 2 or 3 driving license with own transport is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in construction-related engineering recognized by BCA.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: $3,500 - $4,500
• 5-day work week (8:30 am – 7:00 pm)
• 38 days of leave annually, including 14 days Annual Leave, 14 days Sick Leave, and 10 days Casual Leave
• Performance bonus up to $10,000 for exceeding KPIs
• Bi-annual bonuses: Mid-Year (July) and Year-End (January)
