Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for independently implementing standardized operations according to SOP and 6S standards, and guiding subordinates to complete orders on time to ensure delivery of orders;

• Responsible for dealing with problems in the delivery process, proactively reporting and obtaining solutions in a timely manner for issues that cannot be resolved independently to ensure the smooth flow of orders;

• Responsible for completing all kinds of orders in and out of the warehouse and delivery work on time, familiar with all operational requirements, and regularly summarizing and classifying delivery data, abnormal orders, and providing feedback;

• Responsible for following up on the progress of maintenance orders, organizing and filing documents, handing over documents, and organizing inventory counts;

• Responsible for optimizing daily work systems, resolving abnormal problems, and improving work efficiency;

• Responsible for 6S management on site and assisting the person in charge;

• Responsible for executing product testing tasks according to established standards and ensuring completion as per schedule.

Qualifications

• NITEC or higher qualification, with preference for candidates in logistics/supply chain management;

• At least two years of warehouse-related work experience, proficient in office software, familiar with warehouse entry and exit procedures, and basic computer operations;

• Open to candidates with no experience.
