As part of this growth strategy, they are seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven:

Sales Director (Data Center & Telecom Solutions) – Singapore

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow the company’s data center business and telecommunications operator solutions across international markets, with a primary focus on Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring successful project delivery to achieve the company’s International sales objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive Market Strategy and Execution:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the expansion of the data center and telecommunications operator business in overseas markets. Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Hunting Sales:

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities across Singapore and Southeast Asia, supported by a strong understanding of the data center, colocation, and telecommunications landscape and well-established client networks and sharp insight into companies entering or expanding within these markets.

Understand Customer Needs and Deliver Tailored Solutions:

Deeply understand client requirements and position the company’s service capabilities effectively. Provide customized, integrated solutions with the goal of developing flagship projects that serve as industry benchmarks, enhancing market influence and customer satisfaction.

Strengthen Internal Collaboration and Enhance Delivery Capability:

Collaborate closely with internal teams across departments to improve project delivery capacity. Ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery according to plan, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

4 MUST-HAVE JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with Sales and Industry Experience of Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in data center electromechanical equipment companies and at least 3 years of experience in team and people management, with proven track record in Business development, Sales execution, Project delivery within the data center or telecom sectors.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, with familiarity in power industry terminology. Able to conduct business and technical communications confidently in both languages across China, Singapore, and Southeast Asia markets.
  • Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships, with strong market analysis, business development, and promotional capabilities, supported by hands-on experience in project operations, solution delivery, and contract negotiations for large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle. Proven ability to consistently achieve sales objectives. Strong team spirit and effective cross-department collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate internal stakeholders, drive project success and ensure successful project delivery according to plan.
