Responsibilities
  1. Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and conduct of sourcing actions and negotiations with suppliers, to steer favourable outcomes in line with organisational objectives.
  2. Own and build strong relationships with key internal customers and suppliers.
  3. Drive and deliver supply chain value and risk management through partnership and early engagement with key stakeholders in understanding business needs and market trends.
  4. Support category managers in the formulation and deployment of category management strategies.
Requirements
  1. Degree holder with at least 3-5 years of experience in sourcing and proven track record in delivering cost savings.
  2. Candidates with experience in sourcing for professional and business services spend and a proven track record in delivering cost savings in these areas will be preferred.
  3. Impeccable integrity coupled with strong ownership of goals and a will-to-win.
  4. Strong understanding of strategic sourcing and procurement processes, with the ability to advise, sell, and fulfill all sourcing needs of internal decision makers.
  5. Service-oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management regionally, through excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
