Seeking passionate Tea Baristas and Store Manager for an exciting journey in tea and coffee, with a focus on outstanding customer service. All experience levels welcome!

Job responsibilities:

Tea Baristas:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages according to SOPs

• Ensure high-quality drink preparation and attractive presentation

• Take customer orders, handle cashiering, and process payments

• Provide warm and friendly customer service

• Maintain cleanliness of workspace and equipment

• Restock supplies and adhere to food safety standards

• Share product knowledge and actively promote the brand’s offerings

• Work closely with team members to meet daily targets

Supervisors / Store Manager:

• Oversee daily store operations and uphold customer satisfaction

• Lead, train, and motivate the café team to deliver top-tier service

• Monitor and drive sales performance, meet store KPIs

• Manage P&L, inventory, and stock control

• Maintain high standards of merchandising and store presentation

• Execute marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions

• Provide retail insights for product development

• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Basic F&B or barista experience preferred

• Service-driven, outgoing, and positive attitude

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Possess a Food Hygiene Certification
