A leading organization is seeking a dedicated professional to conduct systems-level reviews, ensuring workplace safety and transparency. The role involves developing workplans, convening review panels, and publishing reports. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Safety and project management, alongside strong communication skills.
You are responsible for conducting systems-level and systems-related review matters. On this, you identify MINDEF/SAF systems for review and develop a workplan to implement these reviews. This includes convening review panels, where relevant, for the specific MINDEF/SAF systems as well as conducting in-house reviews in specific areas of interest. In addition, you develop and publish review reports to strengthen public accountability and transparency. Your challenge lies in ensuring relevance and staying updated on the latest developments in workplace safety-related policies.
You must have a tertiary qualification, preferably in Business Studies, Safety, or a related discipline. You should have at least 10 years' relevant experience in Safety, managing projects with multiple stakeholders and trade-offs. You should also have a strong command of written and spoken English. Possession of related qualifications or proficiency in digitalisation and coding is advantageous.
