My client is a global MNC Tech company looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator (1 year contract) to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and outstanding recruitment experience, supporting both candidates and hiring teams. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual interviews across multiple time zones and locations.
  2. Provide a welcoming and seamless experience for candidates during onsite interviews.
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage the candidate expense reimbursement process across APAC.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely scheduling, holding all client partners accountable in a professional and respectful manner.
  5. Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system, tracking candidate progress and providing updates to business leaders and talent acquisition partners.
  6. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
  7. Build strong internal relationships and maintain clear communication channels with key stakeholders.
  8. Share best practices with the team and serve as a subject matter expert in coordination.
  9. Generate and analyze scheduling metrics and reports, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Collect and consolidate feedback from interviewers for evaluation and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 3-5 years of recruiting coordination or relevant administrative experience.
  3. Ability to solve ambiguous problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Exceptional communication skills with a strong team orientation.
  5. Excellent client service skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  6. Familiarity with scheduling across multiple time zones and regions across APAC.
