Job summary

Job description

Hiin is Asia’s leading player in asphalt and fuel supply, seaborne and onshore logistics. Over the years we have ventured into asphalt and fuel trade and supply by building a full-scale trading network, an expert team workforce and extensive investments in infrastructure to support the network.

Job Description:

  1. Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

  2. Prepare and execute timely payment runs in accordance with company policies and deadlines.

  3. Ensure incoming receipts are accurately captured in SAP and perform timely bank reconciliations.

  4. Assist in the preparation of prepayments, accruals, and month-end closing process.

  5. Handle and reconcile inter-company transactions and balances.

  6. Assist with quarterly GST reconciliation and reporting processes.

  7. Maintain accurate filing and documentation for AP and AR transactions.

  8. Support various finance and accounting projects or tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting

  • 3 years or more work experience in Accounting field.

  • Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1/Hana) is highly preferred.

  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese as it is required to speak with counterparts in China.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel

  • An independent and a proactive approach to learning

  • Attention to details, meticulousness, and numeracy skills

  • Team player

  • Effective communication, both written and verbal is essential
