Executive, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

Join to apply for the Executive, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce role at Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities

As part of the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce team, you will support performance-driven initiatives across over 25 hotels and serviced residences in Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan.

You will assist in the execution and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, manage reporting for Brand.com performance, and contribute to the optimization of our digital analytics infrastructure.

This role involves working closely with Marketing & Analytics Specialists, Revenue Managers, and Distribution Managers to drive online revenue and Brand.com growth.

  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Metasearch, Paid Social, and Display channels.
  • Collaborate with agencies to develop compelling creative assets and campaigns that drive incremental revenue.
  • Propose campaign concepts and promotional mechanics to enhance Brand.com performance.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and analysis to inform digital strategies.
  • Support the team in the performance evaluation of campaigns, channels, and experiments, from maintaining dashboards to providing insights.
  • Manage agency deliverables to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to optimize creatives, targeting, and messaging.
  • Maintain SOPs and document campaign learnings to support scalability and consistency.
  • Handle daily campaign management, analysis, reporting, stakeholder alignment, and asset development with agencies.
  • Assist in maintenance and implementation of digital analytics tools (GA4, GTM).
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of work experience or strong interest in digital marketing for fresh graduates.
  • Experience in hospitality or digital marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a plus.
