Responsibilities

1. Perform daily operational activities, including attending to customers’ inquiries, needs, and complaints.
2. Perform preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control.
3. Coordinate and supervise contractors/vendors’ work and documentation.

Requirements

• Recognized technical certificates in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Technology ACMV, or its equivalent. Candidates with stronger experience will be considered for a supervisory role.
• Possess technical knowledge in chillers, ACMV equipment, switchboards, generators, and experience in BMS and BAS.
• Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills.
• Shift work may be required.
• Candidates with WSQ qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Those without relevant experience but keen to pursue a career in Facilities Management and/or ACMV may be eligible to pursue studies under the company-sponsored ITE traineeship program in “Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services).”
