Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibility is the Supervisory function in the TGM department.

  1. Assist the Site Manager in supervising and overseeing TGM operations.
  2. Oversee contractors’ work to ensure compliance with requirements.
  3. Conduct daily audits/roaming checks to ensure tidiness, operational quality of alarms and systems, parts replacement, and completion of Preventive Maintenance (PMs).
  4. Coordinate with engineers on service works and schedules.
  5. Collaborate with team leaders to ensure sufficient manpower.
  6. Verify employee timesheets prepared by the admin assistant for accuracy.
  7. Coordinate with the admin assistant to ensure training sessions are scheduled and conducted as required.
  8. Audit training documents for accuracy and completeness.
  9. Provide on-the-job system training for new employees.
  10. Assist in operations as needed, such as monitoring SCADA, performing PMs, or troubleshooting.
  11. Generate monthly end reports.
  12. Serve as the point of contact with customers when necessary.
  13. Implement safety practices during contractor and staff activities, consulting the Safety Officer for safety issues and updates.
  14. Organize mock drills in consultation with the Safety Officer.
  15. Develop internal SOPs as required.
  16. Be on-site during supply interruptions, activate engineers, and create incident reports with their assistance.
  17. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as necessary.
