DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary responsibility is the Supervisory function in the TGM department.
- Assist the Site Manager in supervising and overseeing TGM operations.
- Oversee contractors’ work to ensure compliance with requirements.
- Conduct daily audits/roaming checks to ensure tidiness, operational quality of alarms and systems, parts replacement, and completion of Preventive Maintenance (PMs).
- Coordinate with engineers on service works and schedules.
- Collaborate with team leaders to ensure sufficient manpower.
- Verify employee timesheets prepared by the admin assistant for accuracy.
- Coordinate with the admin assistant to ensure training sessions are scheduled and conducted as required.
- Audit training documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide on-the-job system training for new employees.
- Assist in operations as needed, such as monitoring SCADA, performing PMs, or troubleshooting.
- Generate monthly end reports.
- Serve as the point of contact with customers when necessary.
- Implement safety practices during contractor and staff activities, consulting the Safety Officer for safety issues and updates.
- Organize mock drills in consultation with the Safety Officer.
- Develop internal SOPs as required.
- Be on-site during supply interruptions, activate engineers, and create incident reports with their assistance.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as necessary.
