East - Service Crew (Part Timer - $11.50-$15/ Hourly)

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
• Greet each guest promptly and courteously with a good smile and body language.
• Make recommendations and upsell.
• Key orders in the Point-of-Sale system efficiently.
• Serve food & beverages according to guests’ orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Check food and beverage inventories and stocks in a consistent and accurate manner.
• Escalate guest complaints to the duty manager if unable to conduct service recovery.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level in any field.
• No work experience required.
• Location: Tampines Mall, Bugis Junction, Paya Lebar, Parkway, City Square Mall, Kallang Wave Mall.
