Overview

Responsible for the sales of company products and services. Develop and implement strategies effective for the extensive sales and distribution of company products. Monitor the sales industry to identify changes in market trends and adjust accordingly.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales planning and generate sales strategies to provide accurate and competitive cost estimations in order to achieve sales annual target and growth.
  • Visitation program to obtain customer feedback and analyse needs.
  • Seek opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Analyse customer needs and requirements and prepare quotations and negotiate with customers on product fit and price.
  • Preparation, submission, and negotiation of tenders.
  • Monitoring of market, clients, and competitive situation, including tender specific information, products, prices, personnel and relationships etc.
  • Ensures that the quality of equipment delivered to clients fulfills the contract’s requirements and Schindler’s quality and safety standard.
  • Ensure compliance to Organizational Norms, policies, procedures and requirements of the Sales process
Requirements
  • Desired university / diploma education in Mechanical, Electrical &/or electronics Engineering and Project Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of project management in lifts & escalator (preferred) or other relevant experience.
