Location: East

Rate: $2500

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri: 6:30am-4:00pm / 7:30am-5:00pm / 8:30am-6:00pm

Sat: 6:30am-11:00am / 7:30am-12:00pm / 8:30am-1:00pm

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists'' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
