Job Description:

• Assemble, test, and inspect refrigeration units according to manufacturing instructions and quality standards while maintaining output targets.
• Maintain tools, equipment, fixtures, and gauges at the assigned station; ensure all calibrated items are valid and up-to-date.
• Assist in designing jigs, fixtures, and part trolleys to enhance productivity.
• Train new employees through the buddy system.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and rework on tested or assembled units.
• Conduct work area inspections and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Adhere strictly to company safety rules and participate in accident investigations when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Complete required records (e.g., checklists, component serial numbers).
• Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirement:
