Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Support children during classroom lessons, play-based learning, and daily routines.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Prepare teaching materials, classroom resources, and learning aids.
• Observe children's progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher.
• Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through positive interactions.
• Assist in maintaining classroom cleanliness, organization, and learning displays.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and support effective collaboration with parents when required.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events while adhering to the school's health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
