Job description

Lead implementation of teaching and learning approaches aligned with curricula frameworks

○ The program’s efficacy focus on an energetic, and dynamic approach, where every child’s strength is elevated to their highest potential

● Advise on the outcomes from learning needs assessment

● Guide junior Teachers in engaging children meaningfully in accordance with the curriculum and pedagogical frameworks

● Review children engagement strategies in accordance with the curriculum and pedagogical frameworks

○ Able to effectively engage a class of up to 6 children, attracting and holding their attention for effective learning to take place

● Review effectiveness of classroom management strategies

○ Effectively working with the parent/caregiver that is accompanying the child in lesson, to manage and maintain classroom effectiveness

● Develop initiatives, practices and learning materials to enhance quality of learning environment

○ Also to check and maintain sufficiency of teaching materials up to the following month’s lessons
