Job Summary:

• 5-Day Work Week (44 Hours)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Educator who is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and quality learning environment for young children. If you’re eager to shape young minds, build strong relationships with families, and lead a team of educators, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & Implement Curriculum: Design and implement engaging activities aligned with curriculum frameworks, focusing on the growth and development of each child.

• Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with families and the community, ensuring collaboration in children’s learning.

• Professional Leadership: Mentor junior educators, guiding their practice and contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Family & Community Engagement: Create outreach activities and collaborative projects to enhance family involvement and community engagement.

• Promote Professional Growth: Stay up-to-date with sector trends, implementing innovative teaching methods and ensuring the continuous development of your skills and team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECH), Child Psychology & Early Education (CPEE), or related field.

• Proficiency in English is required as the role involves teaching the English subject.

• Strong passion for children’s growth and development.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

• Resilient, professional, and empathetic, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
