What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities that stimulate cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
• Provide a safe, inclusive, and caring environment that encourages children to explore, discover, and thrive
• Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individualised attention and support
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to foster strong partnerships and support children's learning
• Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching skills
• Contribute to the overall operation and improvement of the early childhood centre

What we're looking for

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
• Passionate about working with young children and committed to their holistic development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
