Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment for interns and graduates, particularly in Technology roles. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, a passion for early talent development, and strong stakeholder management skills.   • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Onboarding, Total Rewards) to ensure smooth hiring and integration.
  • Manage recruitment events and onboarding processes to support early talent programs.
  • Contribute to initiatives in employer branding, data analytics, social media strategy, and program development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of recruitment experience (Early Careers preferred).

  • Skilled in using social media for sourcing and employer branding.
