• Manage indent, transfer, and movement of materials.
• Oversee unit financial resources.
• Track, schedule, and coordinate aircrew currency requirements.
• Liaise with external support agencies.

What the role is:

You provide comprehensive logistical and administrative support through coordination with external support agencies.

What you will be working on:

1. Ensure IT processes are compliant with security directives and requirements
2. Control software access and systems
3. Coordinate overseas exercise administration
4. Manage indent, transfer, and movement of various materials through the ground logistics and supply depot
5. Oversee unit financial resources
6. Track, schedule, and coordinate aircrew currency requirements
7. Liaise with external support agencies

Understanding the dynamic operational requirements of flying units

• Familiarity with Microsoft applications (M365, Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Independent working capability
• Strong execution skills
