About the Role

This is a permanent position working in partnership with medical and security experts to deliver high-quality medical, security, and logistical services to our members. The role involves responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat from members traveling domestically or internationally, assisting with their healthcare, travel, and security needs.

Induction date: 16 June 2025

  • Excellent at building and maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to adhering to policies and procedures, including data protection

  • Experience working in a customer-centric, process-driven business

  • Solution-oriented, able to work well under pressure with a collaborative approach in a demanding environment

  • Flexible to work as part of a rotating roster without restrictions

  • Extensive experience in a customer service role with a high level of professionalism

Working Hours

  • 13-hour shifts

  • Working hours between 7 am and 8 pm

  • 15 working shifts per month with 15 days off

  • Shifts are ideally 2 days on, 2 days off or 3 days on, 3 days off

  • 100% office-based work; no hybrid or work-from-home options

  • Work includes weekends and public holidays; no night shifts
