Job description

MindEnergy is an AI infrastructure provider, offering end-to-end solutions including GPU servers, AI platforms, and data center integration. Our technology supports enterprise AI, large-model training, and private LLMs.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and technical Post-Sales Manager (Solutions) to lead the delivery and success of our AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. You will serve as the key point of contact after the sale, ensuring smooth implementation, client satisfaction, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales support and customer account management
  2. Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns to ensure high satisfaction
  3. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technical teams to deliver seamless issue resolution and support enhancement
  4. Provide training and guidance to customers on the effective use of our products and services
  5. Monitor customer data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement
  6. Contribute to the development of post-sales processes and best practices
  7. Support the sales team with technical expertise and customer insights
  8. Establish metrics and reporting structures to track performance, feedback, and service quality
What we're looking for
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
  2. Relevant experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or infrastructure engineering, preferably in AI, HPC, or cloud environments.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of GPU computing, AI/ML infrastructure, server hardware, and networking.
  4. Familiarity with large model (LLM) training frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and AI model lifecycle management.
  5. Experience with liquid cooling systems, data center operations, or high-density hardware deployments is a strong plus.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
  7. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  8. Familiarity with post-sales processes and best practices
