Ensuring 9 Asterspring Skincare Centres in Singapore meet the company’s desired sales performance, service standards, and staff productivity, including center operations flow and inventory control.
Sales Management
- Devise sales plans and work closely with Centre Managers to achieve their respective sales goals and targets aligned with the country’s financial objectives.
- Attend weekly sales meetings at the office, providing updates on month-to-date sales performance, follow-up on sales mapping, and appointment scheduling to forecast month-end sales.
- Participate in bi-monthly management meetings to align on performance expectations, sales targets, KPIs (such as couch occupancy, transaction numbers, average transaction value, appointment bookings, treatment rendering, staff productivity), and coordinate marketing, operational, logistics, and educational plans.
- Lead monthly ground meetings to communicate performance expectations, sales mechanics, and service standards to staff, including promotion sharing.
- Conduct monthly progress reviews at each outlet to recognize top performers, motivate underperformers, review customer profiles, and tailor sales strategies to meet targets.
- Forecast inventory needs and set targets with Centre Managers to foster ownership and maintain optimal stock levels supporting sales.
- Execute daily sales tracking and reporting for each outlet and the group, focusing on sales potential, customer profiling, database management, commission allocation, couch occupancy, transaction values, customer retention, and follow-up services.
- Monitor sales conversion rates, including new consultations, sign-ups, and overall conversion efficiency.
People Development
- Identify staff with potential for promotion and career advancement.
- Cultivate a work environment aligned with company goals, objectives, and values.
- Plan manpower, allocate resources, and schedule to optimize productivity.
- Coach staff using effective sales tools such as sales kits, consultation techniques, role plays, scripting, telemarketing, induction, and on-the-job training, emphasizing consultative sales over hard selling.
Center Operations & Others
- Conduct random checks to ensure SOP compliance in stock management.
- Support marketing activities including sales events, roadshows, seminars, and launches.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma qualification.
- Certification in EWI, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC is advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Customer-oriented with a pleasant disposition.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
Other Information:
- 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
