The role involves administrative duties, liaising with clients, preparing quotations, and managing project contracts. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in administration and be fluent in English and Mandarin.

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for administrative duties.
Liaising with customer, Sub-con, Main-Con and customerson scheduling of Air Con Servicing.
Co-ordinate with the operations team for purchase requisition.
Assist in customer's enquires and feedback.
Prepare quotation.
Perform data entry and update servicing report for billing.
Manage and monitor project contracts.
Submit Project Tender.
Maintain inventory for staff uniforms and PPE supplies.
Filling and Bookkeeping.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in administration work .
Min. N Level.
Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to effectively interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
A team player and possess problem-solving and coordination skills.
