Job description

- Handle sales enquiries and find leads.
- Prepare proposals and quotations based on customers' requirements and designs.
- Propose and present conceptual designs to customers.
- Coordinate projects and supervise sites.
- Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project completion.
- Undertake design projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Advise clients on space planning and design concepts.
- Assist in material proposals and product sourcing.
- Travel to project sites during renovation periods.
