  • Salary: up to $6,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Description
  • Export Sales and Trading of wood-related products

  • Develop new markets and manage existing customers

  • Develop new suppliers and manage existing suppliers

  • Prepare Sales Contracts and Purchase Orders

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for exports, internal policies, and export procedures

  • Monitor export sales transactions and review customer responses for sales orders and payments

  • Present recommendations for problem solving and continuous improvement

  • Resolve customer issues related to export processes and procedures, collaborating with customers to ensure smooth operations

  • Execute and grow the business according to strategies and plans set by the Manager

  • Increase sales revenue and gain market share across segments

  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve and leverage relationships and opportunities

  • Provide and update reports to Sales Management as required

  • Conduct business trips to expand business opportunities

Job Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in commodity sales is a plus

  • Willingness and flexibility to attend weekend and night events

  • Willing to travel overseas

  • Ability to meet volume and profit targets and provide insights to the margin management department

  • Knowledge of international shipping is a plus

  • In-depth sales experience, preferably with medium and large clients

  • Well-organized, industrious, creative, and self-sufficient

  • Good teaming and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms
