Responsibilities:

  • Verify that guests receive the best possible restaurant service during all dining occasions.
  • Maintain the restaurant’s ambiance, including sound, lighting, appearance, staff uniform, and attitude, reflecting the brand standards.
  • Complete Marriott L&D and Lobster Inc training consistently.
  • Communicate politely and effectively with the culinary team.
  • Entertain guests professionally and positively.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness per Singapore Government and Marriott standards.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
  • Manage inventory and report routinely.
