Our company is looking to hire a marketing assistant who will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. The successful candidate will help identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, create marketing materials such as white papers and case studies, give presentations about ongoing campaigns, and provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy.
- Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Learn and work with various digital marketing software.
- Work closely with sales and marketing departments.
- Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
- Deliver presentations.
- Maintain a marketing database.
- Provide administrative support to marketing and sales teams.
- Prepare, format, and edit documents.
- Understand company products and brands.
- Perform general office duties.
- Create and interpret reports.
- Organize market research.
- Analyze questionnaires and feedback.
- Update social media accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in administration, sales, or marketing.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills.
