Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Our client is a telecommunications and information technology (IT) solutions provider. They are seeking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator to drive the marketing efforts, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Working location:

• Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT
• Monday to Friday, 9-6pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaison with Graphic Designers:
   • Collaborate with graphic designers to create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website visuals.
   • Ensure that all design work aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
2. Social Media and Website Management:
   • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
   • Manage and update the company's website content to reflect current promotions, new products, and industry trends.
   • Monitor social media and website analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
3. Email Marketing:
   • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, sales events, and company news.
   • Manage the email database, ensuring it is up-to-date and segmented for targeted campaigns.
   • Track and analyze email campaign performance to continuously improve open and click-through rates.
4. Event Planning and Management:
   • Plan and organize marketing events such as sales roadshows, trade shows, and corporate presentations.
   • Coordinate all logistics for events, including venue booking, equipment rental, travel arrangements, and onsite setup.
   • Ensure all events run smoothly and professionally, reflecting positively on the company's brand.

Salary range: S$3500-4500/month
