ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management:- Support business operations and inventory management for key accounts, ensuring efficient processes and high customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between local teams, the Japan team, and customers, with a focus on Japanese key account representatives to ensure smooth coordination across regions.
- Assist in identifying customer requirements, uncovering growth opportunities, and expanding business in Southeast Asia (SEA) regions.
Market Analysis and Reporting:- Participate in market research discussions with intelligence agencies to track business trends, technological advancements, price movements, and industry activities. Share actionable insights with suppliers and customers to optimize strategies.
- Understand and relay customer demands effectively to suppliers to ensure alignment with market needs.
Supply Chain and Procurement:- Engage in various supply chain management projects, including organizing and facilitating trade exhibitions.
- Assist in sourcing new suppliers in logistics and financial schemes, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable suppliers.
- Support the procurement team in Japan, including assisting in price negotiations and delivery timelines to ensure optimal purchasing conditions.
- Contribute to procurement processes for other group companies, ensuring alignment with overall supply chain objectives.
Process Improvement and Automation:- Propose and support new solutions to improve operational processes and automate workflows, leveraging appropriate tools and technologies.
- Assist the management team in preparing budget reports, analyzing financial data, and contributing to the achievement and improvement of KPIs such as cash flow and inventory management.
Requirements- Experience in supply chain management or customer service oriented.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking stakeholders and client
- Positive Thinking & good team Player
- Willingness to learn and challenge difficult tasks.
- Understand of market and business trends to inform strategic decision-making and improve market penetration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel for business trips.
- Computer skills requirement: MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and SAP are preferred.
