Job description:
Recruitment:
- Manage end to end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with Hiring Managers.
- Build talent pipelines through various sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and prepare regular recruitment reports.
Sponsorship & Partnerships:
- Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorship opportunities with educational institutions, professional associations, and community organisations.
- Support the team in all sponsorship activities including being the point of contact with the sponsored students or scholars.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define talent pipeline needs and align sponsorship efforts accordingly.
Outreach & Employer Branding:
- Organise and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and career talks to promote the organisation.
- Collaborate with Marketing/Communications to create engaging content for recruitment campaigns and build Employer Branding.
- Build relationships with universities, polytechnics, ITEs, and other talent sources to maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Data Analytics:
- Analyze large sets of raw data to identify hiring/manpower trends, patterns and opportunities for Talent Acquisition tasks
- Create dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Advanced Excel to provide insights that support informed decision-making for Talent Acquisition/HR
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to HR Analytics, Campus outreach and sponsorship work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Data visualisation tools with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Independent, ability to manage multiple priorities as projects/tasks maybe assigned from time to time
- Has an ambition to grow/develop a career in Talent Acquisition
