Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2. Prepare monthly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc reports to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.

3. Analyze financial data and perform credit evaluations for customers to identify and reduce operational risk.

4. Manage cash flow and prepare monthly cash flow projections to optimize financial resources and mitigate risks.

5. Ensure timely preparation, submission, and filing of withholding tax and SST/GST.

6. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and senior management, to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

8. Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions, to fulfill reporting and regulatory requirements.

9. Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by Management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Audit and/or Tax.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

• At least a Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
