Cotyledon Therapy Pte Ltd is seeking a passionate Behavior Therapist to join our team in the China Square Central Region. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based therapies to help clients manage and improve their behavioral and mental health. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans that incorporate a range of evidence-based therapies

• Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care

• Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation

• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior therapy

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field

• Certified or licensed as a Behavior Therapist, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting

• Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles, child development, and evidence-based interventions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care

• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing

• Experience with autistic kids/preschoolers are preferred
