Job description

Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Service teams, including drafting correspondence (letters, emails, faxes), managing phone and email inquiries, and general clerical tasks such as filing and faxing.

* Assist in preparing and compiling departmental reports for the department head.

* Support the preparation of tender documentation and ensure timely submission as per requirements.

* Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient order processing.

* Generate purchase orders, monitor incoming shipments, and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation for customs clearance.

* Liaise with internal teams—Sales, Service, and Logistics—to coordinate accurate and timely order placement and delivery, in line with contracts or quotations.

* Maintain organized filing systems for sales records, assist in report generation, and provide relevant financial data to the Finance department.

Requirements:

* Minimum GCE “O” or “A” Level qualification.

* At least 1 year of administrative experience, supporting internal departments and handling client communications via email, phone, and fax.

* Strong customer service orientation with excellent telephone etiquette.
