Required Work Experience

1. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in engineering and building IT infrastructure.
2. Creating tooling and automation to continuously improve the monitoring, management, and reliability of our network infrastructure.
3. Proven track record in maintaining and enhancing skill levels according to future technology trends.
4. Proven experience in managing multiple escalations with effective follow-up and follow-through.

Experience in implementing and managing:

• Identity solutions: Active Directory, Microsoft Certificate Services, Okta.
• Network services: DHCP, DNS, NFS, SMB, SFTP, SMTP.
• Server operating systems: Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server.
• Virtualization platforms: VMware, Nutanix virtualization platform.
• Familiarity with compliance and security standards across the Enterprise IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.

Professional certifications:

1. At least one infrastructure certification (VMware, Microsoft, RedHat, Cisco, etc.) or cloud associate certifications (AWS, Azure).
2. ITIL certification.
