We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Creative & Communications Executive to lead content development, creative project management, and client servicing across all marketing communications (MarCom) channels, including digital, PR, and advertising. This role requires strong organizational skills and an understanding of integrated marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will drive campaign execution, foster client relationships, and ensure consistency across all communication platforms for both in-house brands and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and oversee integrated creative strategies across digital, PR, and traditional advertising channels.
  2. Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines, client goals, and campaign objectives.
  3. Generate ideas and create content for digital platforms (social media, websites, email), print media, PR materials (press releases, media kits), and advertising campaigns (TV, print, etc.).
  4. Manage PR agency to craft strategic messaging and ensure alignment with creative content.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, managing expectations and delivering excellent service.
  6. Manage client strategy meetings, presentations, and campaign reviews, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and identify growth opportunities.
  8. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, ensuring messaging and visual identity consistency.
  9. Oversee campaign implementation across various platforms, including digital, print, broadcast, and events.
  10. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize results.
  11. Define project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  12. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and team productivity.
  13. Manage multiple projects across clients and platforms while maintaining attention to detail.
  14. Support event and guest relations management whenever necessary.
