Fabrication of 2D materials based memristors using mask aligner, electron beam evaporator and shadow masks
Characterization of 2D materials based memristors using a semi-automatic probe station, semiconductor parameter analyser.
Characterization at the materials level using SEM, TEM, FIB, XPS, and Raman Spectroscopy.
Programming in Matlab, SPICE and Python at expert level.
PhD in materials science and engineering or electrical engineering or computer science
Proficiency in using all the above mentioned machines and software.
Publications in reputed journals
Fluent in English
